About WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025

The WorldSkills ASEAN Competition brings together top youth talents from the ASEAN member countries to showcase their technical and vocational skills. It was initiated by an agreement among the ASEAN member countries in 1993 with a goal of setting a global standard for skills excellence in the region.
Member countries take turns in hosting this biennial competition. Now in its 14th year, the WorldSkills ASEAN Competition will be hosted by the Philippines for the second time. Close to 300 participants from the eleven ASEAN member countries will compete in thirty-two (32) skill areas ranging from technology to hospitality in six different sectors.
The WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025 is happening in August 2025 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.
